This beautiful penthouse apartment was completely renovated, multiple times over the years to suit the client’s needs and taste. The most up to date photos shown here are of the new living room finishes and other millwork additions made.
Scope: Complete gut renovation of a 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom master and guest bathrooms, Included a Designed and built custom kitchen suitable for entertaining. The workaround the apartment also included a remotely controlled system for heating, cooling, sound, security, and privacy. In the living room, we installed faux brick paneling that included the integration of Trane heating unit cover panels. KBR has designed and built custom frameless doors throughout using routed-in SOSS hinges, also installed wood floor refinishing, molding, and HVAC work.
