Bringing in decades of experience in construction, Yosi is a leader by example, and a builder at heart. His cumulative experience in construction, renovation and design in NYC goes into each and every project. He prides himself of being on the front lines of every renovation project, following progress, helping to stay on schedule and engaging in problem solving by taking control of the team, visiting the sites, and personally meeting with the project management team to make sure goals are set and met.
Joining the KBR team in 2015, Noam oversees all aspects of KBR operations, including sales, marketing, production, and customer service. Prior to becoming CEO at KBR, Noam had more than a decade of management experience in global companies and brings vast management and operational skills to drive the company to success in its growing phase. Noam has a bachelors degree in law, and a Masters in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. Noam holds end-to end accountability for all KBR projects and believes in being fully accessible to the clients.
Coming from Texas, and with a variety of experience in construction from both rural and city backgrounds, Billy brings an essential element of construction knowledge and management that makes him an ultra-effective leader of the KBR Production Team. Billy oversees all of the project managers and tradespersons working with KBR, and ensures that projects are moving smoothly and that any complications are dealt with promptly and swiftly. Billy spends the majority of his days visiting the KBR project sites and keeping watchful eyes on the progress and the team.
Working her way up from a designer at KBR, Michelle is now the head of the design department and manages the entire KBR design team. Though Michelle does not take on many clients while she is in this new role, she has her hands full working with the design team and taking special care to evaluate progress, take the time to meet with each designer to help them focus their work, and assists in hundreds of other ways with each designer and each project to make sure the transition from design to construction is seamless and effortless for the team.
After graduating from the Pratt Institute with her BFA in Interior Design, Sara set to work within the design and construction industry by designing furniture and managing the production shop. She continued on to coordinate design and installation of showrooms for major fashion houses. Combining the skills of project management, design, customer communication, and general construction knowledge, Sara works tirelessly to bring new clients to KBR and set them up for success with their projects. Sara also serves on the Board of Directors as the Secretary of the Greater New York Chapter of NAWIC, the National Association for Women in Construction (for both 2020 and 2021).
Following many years of Project Management in the fin/tech, food/tech and design sales sectors, Rob joined the KBR development team. He has managed teams of designers and sales professionals in start-ups and public firms alike. With his European education in business and art school, he is firmly focused on the communication between client, design and production team – ensuring that each part of the design build process is always in motion.
Combining 20 years of experience in the construction industry with his desire to tailor his work to each client, Matt has a refreshing approach to building client relationships while managing a construction project. He aims to treat each of his clients as though they were an extension of his own family — and thereby, treating your home as an extension of his own.
Combining the twin talents of project management and accounting, George is adept at the nuances of construction in the field and impacts of construction to bottom lines, scheduling, and cost management. With over 13 years of industry experience exclusive to New York City, George knows the ins and out and unique challenges inherent in NYC construction and is prepared to meet any challenge head on.
Growing up in a construction family in Connecticut, Doug has decades of experience both in the field and in the office. Doug joins us here at KBR to continue his NYC career and brings a level of confidence and calmness with him to his projects. He is always prepared to meet the challenges homeowners face in the often times wild work of construction in the city; you can be rest assured with Doug at the helm of your project.
Beginning her career as a designer in the fashion industry, Giselle was an accessory designer and milliner. Her love for interiors grew when she renovated her home, leading her back to the university for her interior design degree. She has vast experience designing and coordinating residential renovations in a range of styles and budgets locally and throughout the USA. She likes to work closely with clients to achieve a space that is reflective of their aesthetic and lifestyle. She believes in education and is always taking courses to improve her skills and actively being on top of the latest industry product trends.
Studying Interior Design and architecture for 5 years, not only at West Virginia University, but also in the beautiful architectural city of Barcelona, Spain, Ally has cultivated a keen eye for design and creativity. Since beginning her journey with KBR, Ally has been a driven and dedicated designer. She presents a potent mixture of technical skills and presentation showmanship. She has an observant eye for creative and fashionable design which can breathe life into any project, whether it is a small bathroom or a beautiful full-apartment renovation, constructing a creative way of living for every client.
Concentrating on her love of design and intense education, JP worked incredibly hard in her transition from Korea to America, where she began a robust career as an interior designer. JP has an amazingly upbeat personality and brings an air of fun and whimsy to both her design and every client interaction. Working with her will make you feel like a superstar — and her design skills will make your home feel award winning.
Specializing in Kitchen and Bath design over the last five years, Patti is a vibrant and inventive designer with a keen eye for emerging trends. Patti brings experience in working with homeowners, families, rentals, staging and resale — which allows her to have a unique perspective on timelessness and aging of trends and projects to ensure that your home never goes out of style.
Bringing together 10 years of international experience from places like Shanghai and Vancouver, Kelly infuses elements of influence from both eastern and western design techniques and stratagies. She is a certified Interior Designer (NCIDQ) with experience in a wide variety of project types, including residential, office and hospitality, and an educational background in both design and project management.
Acting as Treasurer of KBR, Yelena has essential responsibilities of watching the transactions, payments, and general monetary workings of KBR. Controlling the finances of any Design-Build firm is central to our success, and makes the crucial difference as to how we plan and coordinate our business, and the management of our projects.
With an extensive history in Property Management and coordinating real estate sites from basements to the top floor on Wall Street, Alyssa has provided support and coordination across multiple levels. Her reach to make the impossible possible is measured at infinity and will go through every possible option to satisfy a client. Saying you’re in good hands is an understatement and that’s only the beginning of working with Alyssa, who works tirelessly to coordinate project approvals from buildings and taking ownership of the procurement at KBR.
