Ever want a company that you can literally give the keys to your apartment and tell the Project manager the issues / concerns along with the designer (item chooser and designer) 1x and have them complete a task that would take appx 3 weeks in less than 3 days –>but with the professionalism, courtesy and quality you expect? ANDREAS spearheaded the project of completely overhauling my master bathroom floor, including new drain, new cement fixing, water leak issue piping, retiling and grouting to perfection. We had a bad leak caused by the building and Michelle was in charge of the design of the tiles and selecting our tiles based on our aesthetic. Michelle was brilliant once again and once she secured the tiles, Andreas was unbelievably focused, clean and concise about the work. Andreas was on point where you had to tell him only 1x what the issue was and then him and his team finished and completed the job to a degree of quality and timing that we are so proud and pleased with. Andreas made sure that my apt was cleaned everyday since I have a 5 year old and did not leave tools or equipment anywhere while sweeping and actually cleaning evey time they finished for the day. You need to go with KBR for any and all renovations albeit small ones like this (KBR did a full gut renovation of my current apt 3 years back but I needed this bathroom fix). They are not petty and actually communicate with you directly and not go to another project that is more lucrative if the case. I felt like family once again, and I want wait to expand into another apartment so they can once again bring my dreams into reality!

Absolutely the best! I have renovated several times in the past, and as experienced as I am, could never avoid the “twice the price, twice the time” cliche’. KBR proves that saying wrong. They were phenomenal in every way from start to finish. On time for appointments, expert team, precise estimates, innovative ideas, expert craftsmen… Most importantly, perfect, stunning finished project. Done precisely on time, and at exact cost projected. I will only use KBR for future projects. Have Matthew supervise, he’s genius!

We recently completed a master bedroom/bathroom renovation with KBR. Working with Ji Sun Park (JP) as our interior designer on the project was wonderful! She listened well to our initial ideas and inspirational direction. Her designs and samples perfectly reflected the direction we were looking for. During the renovation, both JP and our project manager, George Horinek, were exceptionally diligent in keeping track of the progress of the renovation. JP kept in constant contact with us via phone, email and in person and immediately solved problems when they arose. George made sure the project stayed on track. He visited the site weekly and gave us updates on its progress. The majority of the project was completed on time (apart from a replacement closet door that took a few additional weeks, but that was out of KBR’s hands). We felt everything was completed with a very high level of quality. Overall, we are extremely satisfied and would recommend highly KBR. We plan on using them for any of our future renovations!
